Developed by Nicholas Stoller and Rob Letterman, the anthology series Goosebumps premiered its first season in 2023, coinciding with the Halloween season. Following first season success, the show was renewed for a second season, now titled Goosebumps: The Vanishing, with notable director David Schwimmer at the helm.

What is the Plot of Goosebumps: The Vanishing?
Goosebumps: The Vanishing is the start of a new chapter in the series, and follows the life of a divorced dad, Anthony, who gets to spend summer with his twins, Cece and Devin.
It doesn’t take long for their summer vacation to take a sinister turn as Cece, Devin, and their friends begin exploring the dark mysteries that surround them, involving their dad’s brother who went missing in 1994.

The Cast of Goosebumps: The Vanishing
Goosebumps: The Vanishing boasts a talented cast, and as we mentioned earlier, David Schwimmer will be taking the lead in the upcoming series as Anthony, a divorced dad. Schwimmer is best known for his role as Ross in the popular sitcom Friends. His other work includes Band of Brothers, American Crime Story, and Tangled.

Joining Schwimmer in the cast of Goosebumps: The Vanishing are Ana Ortiz (Devious Maids, Ugly Betty), Sam McCarthy (Dead to Me, All These Small Moments), Jayden Bartels (Side Hustle, To The Beat!), Elijah M. When and Where Can You Watch Goosebumps: The Vanishing?
Just over a year after the release of the first season, the second installment of the Goosebumps franchise, aka Goosebumps: The Vanishing, is slated to be released on January 10, 2025.
