Joe and Anthony Russo are all set to take over the director’s chair for a new sci-fi adventure comedy film, unrelated to their Marvel endeavors. The Electric State, directed by the Russo brothers and penned by Stephen McFeely and Christopher Markus, adapts Simon Stålenhag’s 2018 novel of the same name.
