Joe and Anthony Russo are all set to take over the director’s chair for a new sci-fi adventure comedy film, unrelated to their Marvel endeavors. The Electric State, directed by the Russo brothers and penned by Stephen McFeely and Christopher Markus, adapts Simon StÃ¥lenhag’s 2018 novel of the same name.
