XO, Kitty Season 2 Cast
Kitty’s gang (mostly) from Season 1 is all here for XO, Kitty Season 2, and trust me, it’s looking better than ever. Leading the pack is, of course, Anna Cathcart as our favorite matchmaker Katherine, aka Kitty Song.
Joining her for yet another round of romantic chaos are Minyeong Choi as handsome Dae, Kitty’s long-distance boyfriend Gia Kim as ever-glam Yuri, and San Heon as swoon-worthy Min Ho. Oh, and yes, let’s not forget Anthony Keyvan as the ever-chill Q, Peter Thurnwald as Alex, and Regan Aliyah as Juliana. Kitty’s fans, you’ll finally see the OG crew back for more drama very soon.

But wait, there’s more to the crew. Season 2 is spicing things up by adding some fresh faces. Audrey Huynh will step in as Stella, Sasha Bhasin as Praveena (some Indian vibes right there), and Joshua Lee as Jin. Their roles are still under wraps, but one thing’s for sure, they’ll be stirring the pot in a big way. Drama incoming!
The genius behind the To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before book series, Jenny Han, gave us yet another adorable rom-com, XO, Kitty, to gaze over, and wait, the magic doesn’t stop there.
For Season 2 of XO, Kitty, Jessica O’Toole is back in action as a writer, showrunner, and executive producer, teaming up with Han and Matt Kaplan of ACE Entertainment to keep the drama and feels alive for fans like you.
XO, Kitty Season 2 Plot
After the dramatic plot, Kitty Song Covey is heading back to KISS, not that kiss, duh! The Korean Independent School of Seoul (KISS) for her second semester, and this time, she’s single for the first time in forever.
Her plan? She wants a clean slate—no love triangles, no chaos, and perhaps, some casual dating. But let’s get real here, when does Kitty’s life ever go as planned? Go check out the recap of Season 1.

Her fresh starts in XO, Kitty Season 2 gets a curveball when a letter from her mom’s past surfaces, sending her on an unexpected journey full of self-discovery and secrets, feels like a mature Kitty, eh?
Meanwhile, KISS isn’t the same without its usual suspects, and new faces on campus are bringing fresh drama and potential sparks. Seems like a two-way storyline this time! As Kitty dives deeper into this whirlwind of emotions, she discovers that love, life, and family aren’t as straightforward as she thought.
From unspoken truths to unexpected bonds, Kitty’s world is about to get a whole lot messier, well, it was somewhat messier before as well. But will she finally figure out what she truly wants, or is she destined to keep playing matchmaker, even for herself?
Buckle up for more laughs, love, and heartbreak when XO, Kitty Season 2 drops on January 16. It’s Kitty’s world, and we’re just here for the ride.
What Happened in XO, Kitty Season 1?

When Kitty landed in Seoul, she was so sure Dae was her forever. Soulmates. Endgame. But by the end of Season 1, reality hit her like a K-drama plot twist. Between messy love triangles and fresh connections, Kitty learned that love isn’t as simple as she thought.
“She’s like, ‘I literally have no idea about anything,’” Anna Cathcart dished in 2023 to Tudum. And honestly, same.
But co-showrunner Jenny Han loved shaking things up.
“I write so many romantic stories about young people. Everyone wants the ‘happily ever after’ and to feel like two people are together forever — but they are really young. What was exciting about Kitty’s story [is] that it shows you can really explore different people for different times of your life,” Han shared with Tudum.
Conclusion
Season 2 will see Kitty navigating new sparks, old flames, and more drama. One thing’s for sure, her love story is just getting started!
